Lisa Edelstein has been an American actor for more than twenty years. Most well-known is for her part on House in the series House on Fox. Her family was from Wayne, in a conservative Jewish tradition. When she was 18, she moved in New York City to study at the Tisch School for the Arts. The school soon became a fixture in the New York club scene and began becoming the talk of the town. Press also noticed her. Then she used her experience and fame to compose and write the musical Positive Me and also starred in the film. The first time she was hired, she got her first position on MTV as presenter of Awake on The Wild Side shortly after. Once it went off the air, she was able to appear in TV and films at first in small roles before establishing herself as an actor.
