Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is the daughter of the mixed race family of South London in England. The mother of her child is English and her father is Nigerian. She was raised on a south London council estate and attended The Brit School at age 14. She received her Bachelor of Arts in acting at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. She appeared in many stages during her high college days, such as King Henry V and Wuthering Heights.
Madekwe launched her acting career in the movie Storm Damage. She has since made appearances on Teachers, Doctors Casualty and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe's debut film appearance was Woody Allen's 2007 Cassandra's Dream opposite Colin Farrell, Ewan McGregor. The film's success led her to play Elisha as a one-off BBC Three drama West 10 LDN pilot. Later, she appeared in six episodes Trexx and Flipside in the role of Ollie. In 2008, she was cast as Bambi as the main character in the ITV2 comedy Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe starred in the comedy feature film How to Lose Friends & Get People to Leave. Performance credits for Madekwe include Little Sweet Thing and Flight Path.
Madekwe had her official US debut in the 2009 Drama series The Beautiful Life, which only aired two episodes on The CW before being cancelled. Ashley Davenport appeared in ABC drama Revenge in February of 2011. After being a regular for the initial two seasons it was announced in May 2013 that Madekwe would leave the show after an appearance as a guest in the pilot episode of the third season. Between 2014 and 2016, Madekwe was a star in the role of Tituba in the TV series Salem. Madekwe, her longtime partner, Iddo, married Madekwe in June 2012. Together, they worked in the film Secret Diary of a Call Girl. He was also a part of the cast with Madekwe in Salem.

Ashley Leggat, an actress nominated twice for a Gemini Award, is a member of an extensive Hamilton family. She was raised by her parents Roy and Patty together with four of their older brothers: Brett, Todd and Bram twins, Rob, and Brett. Ashley's brothers, who were all very active, took part in hockey in the winter and baseball during the summer, so that she grew up playing in parks and arenas. Ashley could not walk but was able to dance. In the end, when she turned 2 She discovered Baby Ballet. This was the beginning of Ashley's passion for dance. When she was in the high school she attended, Ashley danced competitively in the top divisions in tap, jazz, ballet pointe, acrobatics musical theatre, lyrical and hip hop. The top soloist at major competitions such as International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance which were all given to Ashley.
