Simone Biles

Simone Biles (born March 14 1997 Columbus Ohio U.S.) American gymnast who was considered one of the sport's greatest athletes. She was the first female gymnast from America in history to have won four gold medals during one Games. in Rio de Janeiro, she was also the first female to ever win consecutive World All-Around titles. Biles, along with her siblings Adria Biles and Ronald Biles were taken in as infants by their grandparents from Houston. Simone first became interested in the sport of gymnastics when she was just 6. Her coach Aimee Borman took her to Bannon's Gymnastix which was where they went for an excursion. Biles, who won gold and bronze medals at the women's Junior Olympic National Championships 2010 in vault and floor exercise prior to her first appearance in 2011 at the top category of the competition. She dominated her sport within a mere two years. What set Biles apart was her consistency her exuberant personality and the high degree of effort she put into her routines throughout every event - vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor workout.
